All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances, order processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Methods and Timeline

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery location.
Free Shipping is available for orders above a specified amount, which will be announced on the website from time to time.
In case of partial cancellation, the shipping charges will be recalculated based on the revised order value.
4. Delivery Partners
We collaborate with trusted and reputed courier services to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipment tracking link to monitor your order status in real-time.
5. Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, an email and/or SMS containing your tracking ID and courier details will be sent to you.
You can track your order through the courier company’s website or the tracking link provided.
6. Address and Contact Information
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete at the time of placing the order.
Evimeria will not be responsible for delayed or undelivered shipments due to incorrect address details.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times.
If the recipient is unavailable, the package will be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
8. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, political events, operational issues, or public holidays.
In rare cases of delay, we will proactively update you regarding your order status.
9. Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, please refuse delivery and immediately contact our customer support team.
If you have accepted the package and find damage upon opening, please share photographs and details within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
