Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  3. Non-refundable items include:
  • Customized or Personalized Products: These are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
  • Non-resalable Items: Items that have been used, damaged, or opened may not be eligible for return or refund.

How to Request a Refund:

  • To request a refund, please contact us at customer.care@evimeriaenterprise.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund.
  • Once we review your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after your request is approved. Please allow extra time for the amount to appear in your account based on your payment provider’s processing times.

Refund Fees:

Refunds may be subject to a processing fee depending on the item and order conditions. If applicable, we will notify you of this fee before the refund is processed.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • To cancel your order, contact us at info@evimeriaenterprise.com with your order number as soon as possible.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it using our standard return process.

2. Non-Cancelable Orders:

  • Orders that have been customized, personalized, or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Digital products are non-refundable and non-cancelable once purchased.

Return Process

1. Returning Items:

  • If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, with packaging and tags intact, to be eligible for a refund.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@evimeriaenterprise.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Exceptions to the Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items are non-refundable, including personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, and sale items.
  • Be sure to check product details for information regarding return eligibility before purchasing.

2. Partial Refunds:

In some cases, a partial refund may be granted (e.g., for items returned used or damaged). The decision will be at our discretion.
