  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Timeline

  • Standard Delivery:
    Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days for metro cities and 7-10 business days for remote locations.

  • Express Delivery (If Available):
    Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days at an additional cost.

  • Custom/Pre-Order Items:
    Some specialty or made-to-order products may require a longer shipping timeline, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery location.

  • Free Shipping is available for orders above a specified amount, which will be announced on the website from time to time.

  • In case of partial cancellation, the shipping charges will be recalculated based on the revised order value.

4. Delivery Partners

  • We collaborate with trusted and reputed courier services to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a shipment tracking link to monitor your order status in real-time.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • After dispatch, an email and/or SMS containing your tracking ID and courier details will be sent to you.

  • You can track your order through the courier company’s website or the tracking link provided.

6. Address and Contact Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete at the time of placing the order.

  • Evimeria will not be responsible for delayed or undelivered shipments due to incorrect address details.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, the package will be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

8. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, political events, operational issues, or public holidays.

  • In rare cases of delay, we will proactively update you regarding your order status.

9. Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, please refuse delivery and immediately contact our customer support team.

  • If you have accepted the package and find damage upon opening, please share photographs and details within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

10. International Shipping

  • Currently, Evimeria ships orders only within India

  • International shipping services will be announced soon.
